The aim of the project is to develop a Master’s degree program in Higher Education that prepares professionals and researchers equipped with contemporary knowledge and competencies. The project is implemented in collaboration with the University of Tampere Higher Education research group and includes joint curriculum development, professional development of academic staff, and the creation of student mobility opportunities.
The first phase of the project involves an in-depth study of the higher education sector and the labor market, which will inform the program’s content and structure. The next phase focuses on the detailed design of the academic program, while the final phase includes submitting the program to an international accreditation agency.
The project is supported by the World Bank under the Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF).
